We have a dedicated database containing all our oil and gas boiler servicing, and will contact you directly to organise your yearly boiler service - taking the worry away from you. This service is completely free, there is no contract involved, and you can be added or removed from the database whenever you wish.
We are a Vaillant accredited installer and give exclusive warranties on all their products.
LANDLORD SAFETY RECORDS
Landlords have a legal obligation to have any property they own with gas heating appliance(s) checked annually. We provide both landlord and tenant with certification.
We are a member of Gas Safe. Our registration number is 66798.
AN Heating is a member of OFTEC (the Oil Firing Technical Association).
We design all our heating systems to the highest possible specifications. We always do a heat loss calculation before any installation takes place and then discuss this with you before we commence any work on the system.
All of our work carries a 12-month warranty and building regulations are notified, which then becomes part of the home buyers' pack.

If 2 or more customers have their boiler serviced on the same day one after the other then they both get a 10% discount.
Turn off gas at the gas meter shut-off valve. The shut-off valve is normally located near your gas meter. It is an industry safety requirement that all gas service shut-off valves must have a handle fitted to them to stop the gas supply. Give the handle a quarter turn in either direction; the valve is closed when the handle is crosswise to the pipe.

Open doors and windows to let air in.
Do not turn on any lights or electrical appliances.
Do not light any matches, lighters or other flame.
Insulate as much pipe work in your home as possible.
If you're going away on holiday turn off your stop cock.
Turn off your outside tap over winter or, if unable to do so then fit an outside tap cover.
Stop the oil from entering the property by turning it off at the tank.

Turn off your stop cock - this is usually found under the kitchen sink, you will need to turn this clockwise to switch it off.
If the stop cock fails to stop the water flow then you will need to switch off your water supply to the property - this is normally and the bottom of your drive or in the roadway. There should be a plastic key in there to turn it off.
Gas boilers - these should be serviced yearly to keep your boiler under warranty and ensure that they are safe and working efficiently.
Oil boilers - servicing your boiler not only keeps it functioning correctly, an annual service will also ensure that no hazards to health arise from poor combustion. It is imperative that the nozzle on oil boilers is changed yearly to stop this risk and prolong your oil boilers life.
